As a remote work advocate and the founder of Black Remote She, Jasmine T. Williams-Jacobs (they/she) is known for passion and expertise on creating equitable workplaces, career development, and startups.
Their lived experiences with harassment and discrimination in more traditional workplaces fueled the launch of Black Remote She. Black Remote She is a community-driven job platform connecting Black LGBT2SQI+ and allied job seekers with inclusive remote work and gender affirming resources.
