Learn more about Jasmine

As a remote work advocate and the founder of Black Remote She, Jasmine T. Williams-Jacobs (all pronouns) is known for passion and expertise on creating equitable and flexible workplaces, diversifying recruitment, and digital activism.

Their lived experiences with harassment and discrimination in more traditional workplaces fueled the launch of Black Remote She, a community-driven job platform connecting Black LGBT2SQI+ and allied job seekers with inclusive remote work and gender affirming resources.

Jasmine’s speaking engagements typically include keynote talks, facilitated discussions, workshops, expert-led meet-ups, interviews, and group panels.

Consulting services include offering a variety of support to employers, job seekers, and founders in diverse recruitment strategies, career development, community engagement, and digital assessments.

Jasmine is featured in InHerSight as an equity expert advising how to create psychologically safe workplaces and talking about relationships in the workplace. Additionally, their work has been featured in Community Centric Fundraising, INTO, Stonewall, Gaye Magazine, Out in Tech, Sharon Hurley’s Anti-Racism Newsletter, and more.
